Forsythia saxatilis is a deciduous broad-leaved shrub native to mountainous areas and forest edges in Korea. It typically grows to a height of 2 to 3 meters, and its leaves are generally ovate or ovate-elliptical, measuring 3 to 10 cm in length. Golden-colored flowers bloom in spring before the leaves appear, and these flowers usually consist of four petals.

Propagation Methods - Seed Propagation: Forsythia saxatilis can be propagated by seeds. Seeds are harvested from mature fruits and sown to germinate. However, the germination rate in natural conditions may be somewhat low.
