Bidens tripartita is an annual plant belonging to the Asteraceae family that primarily grows in humid areas. Small yellow flowers bloom from summer to autumn, and its hook-shaped seeds disperse easily to other locations.

Propagation is mainly done by seeds; once mature, the seeds fall naturally to grow new plants. To propagate by seeds, you can sow them directly after the ground thaws in the spring, or sow them in pots indoors and transplant them. Seeds should be sown shallowly away from direct sunlight, and it is recommended to thin them out to maintain appropriate spacing after germination.

For cultivation, it is most effective to grow it in well-drained soil. Caution is required, as root rot may occur in locations with poor drainage. It thrives in sunny spots and requires frequent watering. However, overwatering should be avoided, and it generally does not require special fertilizer.
